To truly learn about distilling and gain amazing knowledge about gin, join us in our Gin School.

Your experience will start with a gin & tonic and take you through a journey, beginning with a story of the four sisters, the history of gin, the surrounding area, and how we got to 11 Central. A guided tasting will allow you to try some of our gins, but also help inspire your own gin recipe by identifying different botanicals and styles.

You will be the distiller, with another gin and tonic in hand, choosing and weighing your own botanicals from our choice of over 60. You will leave with your own unique 700ml bottle of gin that you will be able to reorder in the future.

Everyone’s palette is different so please feel free to bring your own botanicals to distil and make your gin even more personal. (approx 5g).

Distillery guests will receive 10% off their bill in our bar and restaurant.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Gin Making vouchers are non-refundable. In the unfortunate event that you cannot attend your booking we will happily transfer you to an alternative date. However, we require a minimum of 7 days notice. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer bookings with less than 7 days notice before the event.
