Do you hold virtual events?
Yes, we do! Our virtual events are less frequent than our in-house tours, click here to see if there are any available dates. If not or you would like a private virtual event, please email tours@sis4ersdistillery.com

DELIVERY & COLLECTION
What are your collection opening hours?
Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. Please wait for an email informing you that you can collect your order. Without your confirmation email, you will not be able to collect your order.

How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is 1-2 working days if you order before 2pm. This can vary depending on our courier and how many orders we have. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be delivered. (Personalised items will take longer)

Can I add a note to my order?
Yes! If you would like us to add a special note to your order, please type this in the ‘notes’ section of your order. If you would like to add any requests to your order (for example a name for a gift tag) please add this to the notes section.

GIN
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all our gins and rums are completely vegan and cruelty free.
Are your gins gluten free?
Yes, our gins and rum are both gluten free. coeliac uk states that all spirit drinks are safe for people with coeliac disease. However, we must always advise that you drink gin responsibly.
How should I store my gin/ rum?
You should always store your gin and rum with the lid tightly on, upright and in a cool cupboard. Your gin/rum should not be stored somewhere hot.
Can I freeze my gin/rum?
No, the ABV is too high in both products therefore it will not freeze. It is safe to store your gin/rum in the freezer if you want to keep it cold.
Does gin/rum expire?
Both gin and rum do not have expiry dates therefore will last several years. However, once opened, oxygen will enter the bottle and the look/taste may alter over time. To prevent oxidisation, keep the cork on your bottles tight when unopened. Gin does not improve with age; therefore, it is better to enjoy your gin straight away!
Are your gins full strength?
Yes, all our gins range between 40% ABV and 37.5% ABV. We do not currently stock any gin liqueurs. Our rum is also full strength at 37.5% ABV.
