OUR STILL
FREDERICA
Frederica is our wonderful Arnold Holstein Still. With a 500 litre capacity she sits proudly within the heart of our Distillery.
Made from high grade copper and stainless steel, her hand-welded seams are a visible indication of her guaranteed impermeability and long-lasting durability. Her masterful hammer finish and polished aesthetic highlights her beauty. Naturally, the sophisticated distillation technology can be smelled, tasted and enjoyed in the distilled product.
All stills are traditionally given female names and Frederica is derived from our parents Freda and Eric, adding a little more heritage to our production.
