HOW TO MAKE
40ml SIS4ERS Signature Gin
20ml Peach Aperitif/Liqueur
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
20ml Dandelion Honey
Mix ingredients with ice into a cocktail shaker and shake well, then fine strain into a coupette glass, garnishing with a lemon peel.
For the Dandelion Honey: Add 15g of dried Dandelion in a pan of 250ml water and simmer for 5 mins on a medium heat. Strain out the buds and you will have a dandelion ‘tea’. Add 500g of white sugar and place on heat again to dissolve the sugar. Let this simmer to evaporate some of the water so it thickens up to a honey like texture. Cool and bottle. Store for up to 6 months in a refrigerator.
This is Megan's favourite cocktail, she loves the refreshing citrus, combined with the soft flavours of the Peach Liqueur.
