Our Lime & Thyme Gin is a beautiful blend of botanicals, with a delicious infusion of lime and thyme, especially crafted for you to enjoy by Hayley - SIS4ER No. 2.
The juniper, coriander, orris and the slightest touch of orange, lemon and mastiche, provide a simple and delicious base for an exciting punch of citrusy lime, enhanced with the herbaceous notes of thyme.
Serve over ice with Mediterranean or elderflower tonic, garnish with fresh lime and thyme to create the perfect herbaceous G&T.
